Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize photolithography processes to meet device requirements for advanced memory technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process integration, build, manufacturing, equipment development) to integrate processes and ensure flawless technology transfer. Work closely with equipment vendors to improve tool performance, evaluate new equipment, and implement process improvements. Drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and device performance optimization through advanced process techniques. Improve cycle time, resolve capacity constraints, and reduce overall cost of ownership. Document and communicate project plans, status, and results through detailed reports and presentations, including data analysis and interpretation.
