Starlink Production Technician

STARLINK PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN SpaceX is leveraging our experience building rockets and spacecraft to deploy Starlink, the world’s largest satellite constellation and most advanced broadband internet system, providing fast, reliable internet to millions of users worldwide. Our Bastrop factory builds the technology behind Starlink across printed circuit boards, custom silicon, solar cells, and more. We are looking for talented, driven technicians to drive manufacturing output and yield across our production, maintenance, and facilities teams. This is a hands-on technician role. We are building a strong team of technicians who are trained into the team where they will have the greatest impact and clearest path to grow. This includes PCB production, machine and facilities maintenance, silicon packaging, gateway, solar, and satellite operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven manufacturing environment, learns quickly, works safely, and is motivated by SpaceX’s mission to provide high speed, low-latency connectivity across the globe.
