As an MSB Test Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, tools, systems, and AI-enabled solutions to achieve high product quality and operational efficiency in Test operations. You will also be responsible for the following: Improving quality in Test processes through data-driven and AI-assisted analysis. Resolving process/product deviations (e.g., excursions, RMAs) with short turnaround time using analytical and AI-powered problem-solving approaches. Driving continuous improvement in Test operations through process characterization, process optimization, problem resolution, effective control implementation, and leveraging AI technologies where applicable. Handling changes in test processes (including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration) to support high-volume production. Identifying opportunities for operational excellence in Quality, Efficiency, Cycle Time, Delivery, and Cost through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
