ASIC Reliability Analysis Engineer

As an ASIC Reliability Analysis Engineer , you will be responsible for supporting ASIC reliability assurance and lab operations by enabling test readiness, maintaining critical test hardware, and executing reliability-related activities. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure testing platforms, lab equipment, and reliability infrastructure are properly configured, maintained, and ready to support engineering and production needs. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Configure, set up, and maintain UltraFlex CP and FT testers to support ASIC test operations. Ensure proper functionality, readiness, and calibration of test equipment to meet operational requirements. Set up and maintain TEL probers and Chroma handlers , and perform routine checks to ensure stable and optimal performance. Maintain, troubleshoot, and support probe cards and load boards to ensure equipment is in good working condition and available for use. Manage MTB lab logistics , including inventory control, equipment allocation, and scheduling coordination. Partner with cross-functional teams to support smooth lab operations and efficient resource utilization.
