Job Description Summary: The North America Regional Applications Team is seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Applications Engineer to join its customer-facing technical support team. In this role you will support customers and field sales teams using Analog Devices’ industry-leading high-speed converters, mixed-signal front ends, and integrated transceivers. Through phone, email, virtual, and in-person engagements, you will assess system requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend solutions. You will also partner with product hardware, software, and HDL teams on the development of reference designs/software/tools, share customer requirements, and improve product features and usability. Specific Responsibilities Include: Provide customer technical support and training through email, phone, virtual channels, and onsite visits. Assess customer system requirements and recommend appropriate products, signal chains, and reference designs.
