As a Digital DFT Engineer, you will support the development and implementation of digital Design-for-Test (DFT) solutions for complex semiconductor devices. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to explore innovative DFT techniques, algorithms, and methodologies that improve product quality, testability, and manufacturing efficiency. Your Responsibilities. Contribute to digital IC design, verification, and Design-for-Test (DFT) activities. Support the development and evaluation of DFT architectures, algorithms, and methodologies. Participate in the analysis of digital circuits to improve testability, coverage, and diagnosis capabilities. Assist in the implementation and validation of DFT solutions using industry-standard EDA tools.
