We are seeking a skilled and motivated Principal SoC Program Manager to join our R&D organization and drive the planning and execution of advanced microcontroller products. As a Principal SoC Program Manager, you will lead highly effective cross-functional core teams composed of technical experts from multiple disciplines. You will help teams prioritize activities, communicate clearly, influence peers and leaders, and drive accountability across the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining strong project execution discipline, proactively identifying technical risks, and ensuring timely resolution of critical issues . Your Responsibilities. Drive as design program manager all phases of SoC development projects, from architecture definition through silicon validation and product release.
