Digital Design Lead (Singapore) Description： We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Design Lead to lead digital IC development for cutting-edge Optical Control ICs used in AI datacenter and cloud infrastructure applications. In this role, you will take ownership of both technical leadership and team/project execution. You will lead a team of digital designers to deliver complex mixed-signal SoCs that enable next-generation high-speed optical interconnects for AI and hyperscale datacenters. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, system-level thinking, and proven capability to drive projects across multiple milestones through tape-out. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Lead block-level and chip-level digital architecture definition, RTL design, and implementation for optical controller SoCs. Drive key architecture and micro-architecture decisions, balancing performance, power, area, and schedule.
